Life has never been easy for her, and honoring her in the year 2018 with a biographical musical reminded us of how much Elza can teach us. O espetáculo trouxe sete Elzas diferentes. Sete atrizes/cantoras negras que contam toda a história de vida da cantora, que parece ter sete vidas. A idealização e direção de produção foi da Andréa Alves, a direção da Duda Maia, texto do Vinícius Calderoni, direção musical do Pedro Luís e arranjos do Letieres Leite. Além da identidade visual do espetáculo que percorreu as maiores capitais do Brasil, criei também a ambientação de uma mini-exposição que aconteceu na primeira temporada no Rio de Janeiro.
The show featured seven different Elzas – seven black actresses/singers who narrate the entire life story of the singer, who seems to have seven lives. The conceptualization and production direction were by Andréa Alves, directed by Duda Maia, with a script by Vinícius Calderoni, musical direction by Pedro Luís, and arrangements by Letieres Leite. In addition to the visual identity of the show that toured the major capitals of Brazil, I also created the setting for a mini-exhibition that took place during the first season in Rio de Janeiro.
